Slow Flow Yoga Worship experience is a full-body, all levels, mat-based practice that incorporates common Yoga poses and sequences that assume moderate accessibility. If you have accessibility considerations of any kind, please adapt the movement to work for your body and avoid any postures that may cause harm.*
Yin Yoga Worship experience is a gentle, reflective mat-based Yoga practice that incorporates common Yoga postures that are held for 2-5 minutes. If you have accessibility considerations of any kind, please adapt the movement to work for you and avoid any postures that may cause harm.*

"So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for [God]. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out." Romans 12:1-2, The Message
The Point(e) of Yoga Chapel is to be a community that honors God, humanity, and creation with our whole being and lives into the essence of Romans 12:1-2 with authenticity and integrity in non-violent ways that lead to greater wholeness.
If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, we would love for you to join us!
