The POGYI Method™
The Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute Method™ is a signature approach to Trauma-Informed Yoga crafted by Lenora Rousseau. It comes from her unique blend of experience including over 10,000 hours of teaching Yoga and movement, informed by her education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-recovery, and work in clinical crisis care.
This method has been carefully and intentionally curated with research-backed practices, so that every practice maximizes the healing benefits of traditional Yoga. While you may see these practices in other studios, our POGYI method uses them intentionally the whole time, every time.
