Creating Space for Inspiration & Transformation

Welcome!

The Pointe of Grace Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping our clients and communities live from a place of meaningful wellbeing. We exist to be a refuge and sanctuary for all those who long to thrive in body, mind, heart, and soul.

Here, trauma-informed, evidence-based science meets soul-centered care with resources that foster connection, resilience, and human flourishing.

Explore opportunities to rediscover wholeness, restore rhythms of rest, and regulate your nervous system alongside space for soul-searching and meaning-making without pressure, dogma, or pretense.

 Branches of Wellbeing

Rooted in Love. Growing in Grace. Flourishing in Wholeness.

Human flourishing happens when mind, body, heart, and spirit are nurtured together. From this inner grounding, we can flourish in ways that support meaningful resilience, healing, and joy.

Towards that end, we offer four "branches of wellbeing." Each branch of wellbeing is designed to help you grow and thrive in every dimension of your being in ways that create balance, strength, and space for transformation.

Mind

Support the mind and nervous system with evidence-based coaching and psychoeducation. Learn skills to heal from the past, regulate stress, reframe old patterns, and build resilience from the inside out.

Hello! My name is Rev. Lenora Rousseau

I'm the founder and director of the Pointe of Grace Project. Since 2018, my mission has been focused on helping people heal and thrive through Trauma-Informed Care and Yoga!

I am a military spouse, ordained Pastor in the United Methodist Church, Certified Behavioral Health Coach and Spiritual Director, and E-RYT 500.  I believe true transformation comes when science, lived practice, and spirit come together.

Our programs draw from leading research in neuroscience, trauma theory, and behavioral health — including polyvagal theory, allostasis, and neuroplasticity informed by CBT, DBT, and ACT therapeutic approaches. Every offering is informed by evidence-based practices that support resilience and long-term healing.

Our Pointe of Grace team wants nothing more than to create space for people from all walks of life to thrive in body, mind, heart, and soul. We warmly welcome you to join us on this collective journey of healing, growth, and transformation.

"I was first introduced to Pointe of Grace Project at their retreat in January, and I felt so welcomed by everyone. I decided to join their YTT program! The training has been incredible and informative. Not only that, but I have a newfound sense of belonging and purpose with my fellow “yogis in training” and that is all because of the environment Pointe of Grace has created for their training."
