Creating Space for Inspiration & Transformation

Welcome.
We are so glad you stopped by!
This is space where you can take a moment to breathe and catch up with yourself.
When you 're ready - we are here to help you find a rhythm for living that move you towards increased wellbeing and wholeness at a pace that is just right for you.
Pointe of Grace Project...
As a 501(c)3 organization, we exists to be a refuge and sanctuary for all those who long for something more — more than just coping, more than survival. A place to rediscover wholeness, restore rhythms of rest, reimagine what it means to live fully alive, and thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
We believe the journey of healing and wellbeing requires more than quick fixes.
Here, evidence-based science meets soul-centered care with resources that foster connection, resilience, and human flourishing.
Explore opportunities to regulate your nervous system, strengthen your body, and space for soul-deep meaning-making — without pressure, dogma, or pretense.
Branches of Wellbeing
Rooted in Love · Growing in Grace · Flourishing in Wholeness
Human flourishing happens when body, mind, heart, and spirit are nurtured together.
When we are rooted in love and growing in grace, we are strengthened at the core of who we are. From this inner grounding, we can flourish in ways that support meaningful resilience, healing, and joy.
Towards that end, we offer four "branches of wellbeing" — all designed to help you grow and thrive in every dimension of your being. Each branch connects you back to the whole, creating balance, strength, and space for transformation.
We're excited to share every step of your journey with you!
Hello! My name is Lenora Rousseau
I'm the founder and director of the Pointe of Grace Project. Since 2018, my mission has been focused on helping people heal and thrive through Trauma-Informed Care and Yoga!
I am a military spouse, ordained Pastor in the United Methodist Church, Certified Behavioral Health Coach and Spiritual Director, MSW Intern, and E-RYT 500. I believe true transformation comes when science, lived practice, and spirit come together.
Our programs draw from leading research in neuroscience, trauma theory, and behavioral health — including polyvagal theory, allostasis, and neuroplasticity informed by CBT, DBT, and ACT theraputic approaches. Every offering is informed by evidence-based practices that support resilience and long-term healing.
Our Pointe of Grace team wants nothing more than to create space for people from all walks of life to thrive in body, mind, heart, and soul. We warmly welcome you to join us on this collective journey of healing, growth, and transformation.

"I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience I had under the guidance of Lenora Rousseau. Her compassionate approach creates a nurturing environment where growth and self-discovery flourish."

"I was first introduced to Pointe of Grace Project at their retreat in January, and I felt so welcomed by everyone. I decided to join their YTT program! The training has been incredible and informative. Not only that, but I have a newfound sense of belonging and purpose with my fellow “yogis in training” and that is all because of the environment Pointe of Grace has created for their training."
