Hello! My name is Rev. Lenora RousseauÂ
I'm the founder and director of the Pointe of Grace Project. Since 2018, my mission has been focused on helping people heal and thrive through Trauma-Informed Care and Yoga!
I am a military spouse, ordained Pastor in the United Methodist Church, Certified Behavioral Health Coach and Spiritual Director, and E-RYT 500.  I believe true transformation comes when science, lived practice, and spirit come together.Â
Our programs draw from leading research in neuroscience, trauma theory, and behavioral health — including polyvagal theory, allostasis, and neuroplasticity informed by CBT, DBT, and ACT therapeutic approaches. Every offering is informed by evidence-based practices that support resilience and long-term healing.
Â
Our Pointe of Grace team wants nothing more than to create space for people from all walks of life to thrive in body, mind, heart, and soul. We warmly welcome you to join us on this collective journey of healing, growth, and transformation.

"I was first introduced to Pointe of Grace Project at their retreat in January, and I felt so welcomed by everyone. I decided to join their YTT program! The training has been incredible and informative. Not only that, but I have a newfound sense of belonging and purpose with my fellow “yogis in training” and that is all because of the environment Pointe of Grace has created for their training."
