A bit about Lenora's journey to wholeness:
Lenora's childhood and teen years were shaped by domestic trauma and sexual abuse. These unhealthy relationship patterns continued to cloud her early adulthood leading to additional years of domestic, vocational, and spiritual trauma. Lenora encountered Christ at the age of sixteen. However, having been raised in a Jewish home, she didn't find a spiritual home until she ecountered Methodism in her late 20's. Consequently, Lenora spent the majority of 20's exploring a variety of spiritual paths and counseling modalities to find a sense of wholeness and healing.
By God's grace, through the power of the Holy Spirit, the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and MBSR-based counseling, Spiritual Direction, Yoga, personal reflection, and a lot of prayer, Lenora was able to experience profound healing and transformation.
Her life's mission at this point is to create healing space where others can experience God's love and grace in ways that can change their lives for the better in meaningful and tangible ways.
During her early years of college, Lenora studied both Finance and Modern Dance at San Diego State University. After earning her B.S. degree, she went on to dance with Anaheim Ballet for seven years. Following a knee injury, she went on to use her finance degree and eventually established Cambridge School of Ballet in Orlando, FL.
Along the way, Lenora discerned a call to ministry. Lenora completed her Masters of Divinity degree at Asbury Theological Seminary in 2016. Since then, Lenora has served as a Pastor and Chaplain in parish, clinical, and private institution settings. While in these roles, Lenora has gone on to add to her credentials, specializing her education and ministry towards helping create space for people to heal from the past, thrive in the present, and discover how to authentically live into all that God has created them to be and do this world. She looks forward to serving you in ways that allow you to thrive and flourish in every way!

A bit about Franny's story:
Her focus on complete wellness, body, mind and spirit was reframed after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. After years working in commercial kitchens and running hundreds of miles training for marathons, she realized that food and exercise are not the only pillars of optimal health.
Francoise took a deep dive in search of the root causes of dis-ease in the body and mind. Incorporating yoga, meditation and honing in on true nutrition she continues to offer guidance and encouragement to everyone she encounters.
Francoise is so grateful to join forces with the wellness team at Pointe of Grace and Brilliantly You to provide tangible, realistic and simple tools for vibrant health.
As a wife, mother of two, and lover of life, Franny is so excited to cheer YOU on in remembering and rekindling your brilliant inner light.
