A bit about Franny's story:
Her focus on complete wellness, body, mind and spirit was reframed after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. After years working in commercial kitchens and running hundreds of miles training for marathons, she realized that food and exercise are not the only pillars of optimal health.
Francoise took a deep dive in search of the root causes of dis-ease in the body and mind. Incorporating yoga, meditation and honing in on true nutrition she continues to offer guidance and encouragement to everyone she encounters.
Francoise is so grateful to join forces with the wellness team at Pointe of Grace and Brilliantly You to provide tangible, realistic and simple tools for vibrant health.

A bit about Denise's story:
Denise had no idea that her weight loss journey would turn into a voyage of self-discovery and lifelong passion for fitness. While working on her Master’s degree from Florida State University, Denise continued staying on the weight loss path until she committed to becoming a Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA-2012) and focusing on helping others with their fitness goals.
The seeker in her led Denise to Yoga Loft (Aug.2015), where she completed the RYT 200HR teacher training. Yoga has taught Denise patience, how to breathe, meditate, self-love and share with others the true meaning behind “Truth, Faith, Love & Compassion for Self and others.
Since then, under the guidance of amazing teachers and the lenses of her own devoted curiosity, Denise’s practice has evolved. Denise became a 500HR Certified Pilates Instructor through Club Pilates (March 2019) and is enjoying using that knowledge at Club Pilates. Denise chose to enroll in our 150 HR Christ-Centered Trauma-Informed Yoga training to bring healing and transformation to her local faith community.
In Denise's own words: “I have always been a Seeker. Moving to the Land of opportunities, I dove myself to becoming more opened to the vastness of what the Shining Light of God had to offer to my mission in a foreign country. I knew then, anything was possible for me too." She looks forward to helping your discover the same potential within your self in your journey of seeking and shining God's Light brightly!
