Having someone who can mindfully listen to your longings and struggles as well as your hopes and dreams, in ways that help you discover and honor your true 'north,' can make all the difference in your ability to accomplish your goals and live into your created purpose with a sense of inter-connectedness, purpose, and passion. That's what soul-companioning is all about.
Lenora currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Aaron, who serves as a Chaplain in the US Navy and their three children. As an ordained pastor, she has over 100 credit hours of graduate theological education and is currently on track to become a Certified Spiritual Director through Portland Seminary in the Spring of 2021.
Lenora has experienced the gift of healing through counseling and spiritual companioning in her own journey of recovery from childhood abuse, divorce, and grief, as well as in her discernment towards answering a call to serve as an ordained minister. Lenora integrates her Wesleyan theological grounding and Hebraic roots with practical experience to create a safe and confidential atmosphere where others (from all walks of life and faith backgrounds) can explore the stirrings within their own soul.
For the past four years, Lenora has compassionately journeyed with others in ways that have helped them experience healing, develop an authentic spiritual expression, discern new vocational paths, and courageously live in alignment with their truest created self. Her holistic, nonjudgemental approach is based on a generous faith that seeks to listen for and help others recognize the movement within that is leading them towards wholeness.
Lenora currently offers opportunities to meet in person (in the San Antonio area) or via web-based conferencing/tele-conferencing Mondays through Fridays, making it easier for you to carve out the time you need to care for your soul.
