Renew your mind, body, heart, and spirit with a weekend of yoga, meditation, prayer, stillness, and relaxation. The nine different yoga experiences offered throughout the weekend will include Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa traditions with options for beginners and more experienced yogis to get the most benefit from their time on the mat. You’ll also be equipped for holistic wellbeing off the mat with workshops on integrative nutrition and contemplative prayer beading.
Your body will be fed nutritious, clean meals with all dietary needs met by our Conference Center chefs. There will also be plenty of time for rest and relaxation, time to spend in the beautiful natural setting - sit by the lake, wander in the woods, or just relax on your own!
This retreat is great for both individuals and small groups. The registration is limited to provide a truly personal experience with our instructors as well as with other participants. Check-in for the event will be 6pm Friday and the event will be done by noon on Sunday.
The retreat is open to beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. All yoga instruction will be offered in a trauma sensitive manner with opportunities for adaptation and modification.
