YogaWell is a Trauma-Informed, Spirit-led, non-profit initiative of Pointe of Grace Project dedicated to creating opportunities for faith-centered Yoga and wellness enthusiasts, teachers, clinicians, coaches, and spiritual leaders to gather and be renewed in body, mind, heart and soul while gaining evidence-based tools and knowledge that supports meaningful and measurable healing and transformation.
Through the collective guidance and wisdom of seasoned Yoga and Wellness educators, clinicians, coaches, and spiritual leaders, YogaWell 2025 will give participants the unique opportunity to forge a path for self-care, connectional learning, creative expression, and accredited continuing education that meets their personal and professional goals and objectives.
Over the course of three days, you will have the opportunity to encounter a variety of body, mind, and soul care perspectives and engage with others who are dedicated to human flourishing through interactive workshops, worship, personal practices, somatic experiences, and reflective discussions, and more.
